Due to relocating back to Idaho, our family is selling our wonderful, completely updated inside-and-out home! We hope to find it a new owner who will love it as much as we have. We are attempting to sell it on our own for about a month or two before we list it officially and have to pay a realtor, thus making us more willing to negotiate price.
